Returns and Exchanges

You can request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • All tags, custom sleeves, or gift packaging must be intact.

  • Original invoice must be included.

Please Note:

  • Custom/Personalized Orders (with names, images, messages, etc.) are non-returnable & non-refundable, except if defective or damaged.

  • Products purchased during sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Color variations due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.

  • Any decorative elements used only for photography (flowers, ribbons, props) are not part of the order unless mentioned in the description.

Exchange Policy (USA Orders Only)

  • Exchange is only available for full-priced items (if stock is available).

  • Customer must send the product back to our warehouse via courier within 7 days.

  • Return shipping charges are not covered by Thumbcard4u.

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference and courier charges will be paid by the customer.

Wrong or Damaged Item Received?

  • We offer a free replacement after verification.

  • Claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Replacement may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on stock.

Refund Policy

  • We follow a No Refund Policy.

  • Refunds are allowed only in exceptional cases such as:

    • Item out of stock.

    • Wrong or defective product.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a customer refuses delivery, store credit (usable online only) will be issued after the parcel is returned to us.

  • If only one item from a multiple-item order is unavailable, partial refund or store credit will be issued.

International Orders

  • Currently, no return, refund, or exchange is offered on international orders.

  • If a damaged/wrong product is received, a replacement or store credit will be provided after verification.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Please follow proper handling and storage instructions to avoid damage.

  • For printed cards, avoid exposure to water, moisture, or excessive sunlight.

  • Exchange value will be based on the current selling price if the item goes on sale later.

  • Thumbcard4u reserves the right to refuse returns if misuse or policy abuse is detected.
